Gordon Ramsay's Maze restaurant in Cape Town has closed after the One & Only resort terminated the chef's consultancy contract. Maze Cape Town opened at the hotel in April last year, with Gordon Ramsay Holdings' (GRH) Jason Atherton at the helm as executive chef and Phil Carmichael as head chef.
