To find “best in breed” your job description has to be clear...

Finding the right recruit for your company is absolutely crucial to your success. But all too often little thought is given to providing a proper job description. Here at BLEND we know that future angst - for both you and your employee - can be avoided by carefully describing exactly what the role entails.

All our candidates come with a first class pedigree, having been personally interviewed and selected at one of our three regional offices. This individualised provision of management recruitment solutions enables us to BLEND the right candidate with the right client. There are few sectors with the same dynamics as the hospitality market and the demand for outstanding individuals is greater than ever.

“They see the catering and hospitality industry as a lifestyle choice rather than merely a job”

The Blend philosophy

Our candidates are hard working, motivated and ambitious! They are "best in breed"... They see the catering and hospitality industry as a lifestyle choice rather than merely a job, and are committed to the cosmopolitan and futuristic world in which our clients operate. BLEND’s philosophy is that a good recruit earns his or her salary, while a great recruit brings talent, passion and added value to the business.

BLEND is here to find the exceptional candidates, those with the inspirational attitude to succeed. We will work with you, the client, to create a job description that perfectly matches your requirements. We will then delve as deeply as possible to find the candidate that best suits your needs. Recruiting individuals who have a strong handle on how they progress their careers features high on our strategy.

That way we can BLEND your needs with the candidate's aspirations in order to create the perfect recruitment solution.
